"Thank you so much for the great service you provide! My son is a Marine serving in Afghanistan, and the times I don't have enough time to pack and ship my own care package, I find great comfort that I can still send him a great package from your website...thanks again for your great service. I will definitely be ordering again from your site!"

| Tracking APO & FPO Packages |

We understand the desire to track and confirm shipments. Most of us are very accustomed to being able to pinpoint precisely where a package is on its journey. We, here at TroopCarePack.com, would like to make it just as simple for you to track your military care packages. However, even though the shipping is considered USPS Priority Mail, the delivery is actually handled by the US military. The Postal Service hands these packages over at one of three main facilities here in the US. Beyond this point, all mail and care packages addressed to APOs and FPOs are in the hands of the military and while USPS, FedEx, and UPS are very customer service oriented and provide for tracking, the military hasn't progressed so far as to provide tracking for military parcels. Therefore, TroopCarePack.com will do everything we can to ensure that packages are sent as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) and we will inform you of any events or delays that we're told of. Also, if there are ever shortages in inventory or delays, it is our policy to inform you immediately either by phone or email and ask what course of action to take. Above all, we strive to make certain that every customer is completely satisfied with our service. Tracking APO & FPO deliveries is not possible. USPS does NOT offer tracking OR confirmation on packages sent to APO and FPO addresses overseas. For this reason, TroopCarePack.com can not be responsible for failed deliveries. If either service is ever offered by USPS or the MPSA, TroopCarePack.com will be the first to offer it to it's visitors. |
